Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie

Why Bake a Single-Serving Cookie?

Quick & easy – No long baking times or complicated steps.
No waste – You only bake what you need.
Less cleanup – Usually just one bowl and a spoon needed.
Customizable – Easily adaptable to your taste.

Fun Variations to Try

🔥 Peanut Butter Cookie: Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter to the dough.
🍫 Double Chocolate: Replace 1 tablespoon of flour with cocoa powder and use white chocolate chips.
🥥 Coconut Cookie: Add 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut to the dough.
🍌 Banana Cookie: Swap the milk for mashed banana for a healthier twist.
🌰 Nut & Raisin Cookie: Add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture.
Coffee Cookie: Mix a small pinch of instant coffee into the dough for a subtle coffee flavor.

Baking Tips for the Perfect Cookie

Use softened butter – This helps blend the sugars properly.
Don't add too much flour – Too much flour makes the cookie dry and hard.
Chill the dough briefly (optional) – Want a thicker cookie? Chill the dough for 10 minutes before baking.
Don't overbake – The cookie will still be soft when it comes out of the oven but will firm up as it cools.

Enjoy loves! xx
