White Chocolate Ghosts

Ingredients

  • 2 parts melted white chocolate
  • 0,5 parts melted dark chocolate
  • Black food colouring

Instructions

  • Over au-bain marie, melt both the chocolates in separate pots
  • Add 2 drops of black food colouring to the dark chocolate and mix until combined. Pour into a zip lock bag and set aside
  • Grab a sheet of parchment paper and spoon on 1 teaspoon of white chocolate, using the back of your spoon drag the chocolate in a downwards motion to create the 'ghost'
  • Pipe on the eyes & mouth with the chocolate in the zip lock bag
  • Leave to set in the fridge for 10 minutes and they are ready to use
