White Chocolate Ghosts

Ingredients
- 2 parts melted white chocolate
- 0,5 parts melted dark chocolate
- Black food colouring
Instructions
- Over au-bain marie, melt both the chocolates in separate pots
- Add 2 drops of black food colouring to the dark chocolate and mix until combined. Pour into a zip lock bag and set aside
- Grab a sheet of parchment paper and spoon on 1 teaspoon of white chocolate, using the back of your spoon drag the chocolate in a downwards motion to create the 'ghost'
- Pipe on the eyes & mouth with the chocolate in the zip lock bag
- Leave to set in the fridge for 10 minutes and they are ready to use
