Tahini Maple Banana Loaf
- 90ml vegetable or olive oil
- 90ml maple syrup
- 90gr tahini
- 2 eggs
- 3 large (over)ripe bananas
- 270gr flour
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 1/4tsp nutmeg
- 1tbsp vanilla
Maple Cinnamon Tahini Swirl
- 90ml maple syrup
- 1tbsp cinnamon
- 25gr tahini
Sesame topping
- 1tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1tbsp black sesame seeds
