Homemade Matzah Crackers
Homemade matzah-style crackers are one of the simplest recipes you’ll find on this site and are so good compared to the ones you buy in a box.

Ingredients
- 250gr all-purpose flour
- 140gr water
- Salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until a ball is formed
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes and wrap it in plastic foil. Leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Divide the dough into 12 balls of around 30gr each and preheat your oven to 240C
- Roll out the dough balls into thin sheets. You can do this using a rolling pin or use a pasta machine until setting 5 to get perfectly thin sheets
- Add the dough sheets to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-12 minutes or until slightly golden and crunchy
