Ingredients
- 250gr fresh Ginger
- 250gr fresh Turmeric
- 2 lemons
- Pinch of black pepper
- Water
Instructions
- Peel and remove all the white parts of your lemons and cut them into quarters
- Wash your ginger & turmeric and chop them into chunks
- Add all your ingredients to a Nutri bullet or a high-speed blender and add enough water just to submerge all your ingredients
- Blend your mixture until fine pulp
- Sieve your mixture through a fine mesh strainer or through a cheese-cloth strainer if you don’t want any pulp in your drink
- Pour the juice into an airtight bottle and store for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
