Easy Rocky Road

Ingredients
Chocolate base:
- 250gr chocolate of choice
- 120gr butter
- 30gr golden syrup or honey
- ¼tsp salt
- 1tsp vanilla
Filling:
- 70gr Maltesers
- 40gr mini marshmallows
- 15gr freeze dried raspberries
- 60gr pistachios
Instructions
- Prepare a square tin by lining it with baking paper
- Melt your chocolate, butter & syrup or honey until all melted and combined
- Add your vanilla & salt and mix until incorporated, set aside to cool shortly
- Add all your filling ingredients into a bowl and mix them together
- After letting the chocolate mixture cool for 5 minutes or so
- Take your filling and add about ⅔’d of it to your chocolate mixture, mix until fully combined
- Dunk your mixture into the prepared tin and finish off by topping it with the remainder of your filling mixture
- Leave in the fridge to set completely before serving, about 4 hours to preferably overnight.
