Easy Homemade Granola
This homemade granola is PACKED with nuts, seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon, has a little sweetness, and even added protein. What more can you ask for to start your day with?

Ingredients
- 60gr pumpkin seeds
- 60gr sunflower seeds
- 50gr coconut oil (melted)
- 50gr coconut flakes
- 100gr almonds (skin on)
- 100gr roasted hazelnuts
- 100gr roasted pecan nuts
- 350gr rolled oats
- 60gr egg whites
- 1tsp salt
- 2tbsp cinnamon
- 1tbsp vanilla
- 100gr honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix until it is all very well combined and all your nuts & oats are covered equally
- Evenly distribute your granola on a with parchment paper lined baking tray
- Bake your granola for 15-20 minutes
- Take out your tray of granola and using a spatula, flip your granola over and flatten out again
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes and leave to cool completely
- Break up your granola, store it in an airtight glass container and enjoy!
