Ingredients
- 250gr frozen or fresh berries
- 3tbsp ground oats
- 3tbsp rolled oats
- 3tbsp almond flour
- 1,5tbsp almond butter (or any other nut butter)
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 2tsp coconut oil (not melted)
- salt & cinnamon to taste
- Handful almond flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170C
- Place your fruit in an oven safe tray, add 1tbsp of the maple syrup and give this a good mix
- In a seperate bowl, combine all your other incredients and stir into a crumbly dough
- Divide your crumble on top of your fruit and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Serve with your favourite yoghurt and enjoy!
